DO THE SHOES HAVE A WARRANTY?

All new shoes come with a one-month full warranty and a statutory 2 (two) year warranty. (For shoe repairs, proof of purchase is required - receipt, merchandise receipt, order number).

Second-hand shoes DO NOT have a warranty.

Before sending the shoes for a return, please clean them carefully. We will not accept dirty shoes for return.

Please note that defects in the shoes or defects caused by the courier company are detected and accepted for "inspection and test" at the courier company or on the same day of receipt, if prepaid by card/bank transfer. If you have accepted the shipment "without remarks" from the courier, we assume that the defect was caused after use or when trying on the item.

Please note that we sell shoes, most of which are dyed with natural and harmless dyes and leather that is organic. Organic leather may have certain characteristics such as insect bites, scratches or slight differences in color, but these are part of its unique and natural character.

The warranty does not cover:

* Unfortunately, you cannot return a shoe that has been worn or after the 14-day period because it is not comfortable for you.

* Frayed material, worn seams and worn soles due to normal wear and tear.

*torn Velcro patches (or ties) due to improper use (e.g. strong pulling by the child)

* improper treatment - for example, a genuine leather shoe that has been washed in a washing machine, drying the shoe in direct sunlight or next to a heat source, stains from drinks and food, or scratches and scuffs.

*Uneven wear or abrasion of the sole within a short period of time after purchase.

*shoe breakage caused by improper shoe wearing (breakage at the heel when putting on shoes without untying the laces, taking them off with your foot, etc. )
